During our recent family trip to Nairobi, we chose to stay at the Neptune Hotel, and I must say, it was a solid choice for our needs. As a wildlife conservationist and safari guide, I was looking for a place that was both accommodating and family-friendly. The kids had a great time at the hotel's play area, which allowed us parents some much-needed relaxation time. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our family's requests were met promptly. We appreciated the flexibility of check-in hours, which helped us manage our travel schedule seamlessly. the location is convenient, with easy access to local shops and eateries nearby, giving the family a taste of Nairobi's vibrant culture. One notable experience was the kindness of Gabi, who assisted us with information about nearby attractions while also helping us secure a taxi for our safari adventures.
